Twisp Downtown Revitalization
SCJ worked with the Town of Twisp to develop a master plan for downtown infrastructure that revitalizes and enhances business visibility, encourages economic development, and attracts tourism to Twisp. Elements of the master plan included improved pedestrian sidewalks and trails, wayfinding; public gathering spaces; lighting, gateway features; and improved intersections along SR 20 through the downtown area. The project included close coordination with a Steering Committee and extensive public engagement with open houses and online surveys. SCJ and local architects collaborated to ensure that the projects seamlessly blended structures with the already existing surrounding public space.
